Medici Di Makati College Represents the Philippines at ALARA 2026

𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶 𝗗𝗶 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗶 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 proudly represents the Philippines through its practice-based researchers at the 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗥𝗔) 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 2026, a two-day conference held on September. 29–30, 2026 at 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲, 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮.

Day 1 – On 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 29, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗘𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗖. 𝗦. 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗼𝘀, 𝗖𝗘𝗢 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿, facilitated a workshop on his proposed problem (re)framing model, 𝙇𝙤𝙜𝙤𝙨 𝘿𝙮𝙣𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙘𝙨.

Day 2 – On 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 30, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗼𝘀, 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗚𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗲 𝗟. 𝗝𝗼𝘆𝗮, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗻𝗻 𝗣. 𝗢𝗿𝗲𝗷𝘂𝗱𝗼𝘀 presented the results of a 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙝 involving a community gardening project aimed at helping undernourished Indigenous children in a remote community in the Philippines.

The conference brought together researchers and practitioners from different parts of the world, providing opportunities to share knowledge, exchange perspectives, and contribute to the field of Action Research.

Their participation reflects MDMC’s commitment to 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵, 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀, while bringing Philippine-based research and perspectives to an international platform.

We congratulate 𝗗𝗿. 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗼𝘀, 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗚𝗮𝗻𝘇, 𝗠𝘀. 𝗔𝗻𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 for representing 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶 𝗗𝗶 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗶 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 on the international stage!
