Medici Di Makati College Strengthens Academic Partnership with Croix-Rouge Compétence in France

MDMC CEO, Dr. Emmanuel C. S. Santos recently visited Croix-Rouge Compétence (French Red Cross) in Valence, France, where he met with its officials led by Director Stéphanie Bouget-Mohammedi, Formatrice Géraldine Mounier, and Cadre de Formateur Gaëlle Nabais-Jorge.

During the visit, Dr. Santos also had the opportunity to reconnect with former exchange interns, Elie and Sarah, who were part of the first cohort of students to complete a five-week clinical immersion program at Medici Di Makati College.

In addition to renewing and expanding the existing student exchange agreement, the leadership of both institutions agreed to pursue a faculty exchange through a joint research proposal under the Erasmus Program. This will involve the use of simulation, Virtual and Augmented Reality technology to improve nursing teaching practices in both the Philippines and France.

Croix-Rouge Compétence offers a Bachelor of Nursing program in partnership with the University of Grenoble Alpes, further strengthening its commitment to excellence in nursing education.
